Job summary

BrightConnect in Aalborg, Denmark is seeking an Architectural Technologist to support our architectural projects. You will prepare drawings, specifications, and models, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with architects from concept to construction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. English fluency is required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software programs.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Denmark.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and plans.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning.
• Utilize CAD software to create 2D/3D models and renderings.
• Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Assist in the selection of materials and finishes for projects.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders during project development.
