Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs, draft detailed plans and create 3D models.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers and team members to meet project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility.
• Prepare design presentations with drawings, renderings and material boards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other professionals.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design technology.
