BrightPath Engineering is seeking an Architectural Designer to create innovative building concepts that balance function, aesthetics, and sustainability. You will work with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements and bring ideas to life.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, proven design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. You will conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs according to client specifications.
• Utilize CAD to create detailed blueprints and 3D models.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure feasibility and compliance with building codes.
• Conduct on-site visits to inspect construction progress and make necessary adjustments or revisions.
• Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design proposals.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques.
