Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design objectives and requirements
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
• Create 2D and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction documents
• Research building codes, regulations and materials to ensure compliance with standards
• Review project plans and provide feedback on technical aspects and feasibility
• Communicate with contractors and engineers during the construction phase to ensure design intent is met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design preferably in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods and materials
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients and team members

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
