Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior AI & Data Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for AI, analytics, and data products across Commercial functions. You will translate strategic goals into scalable, production-grade solutions that deliver measurable impact.

You will collaborate with Data Science, AI Engineering, Platform, Security, and Legal teams to define patterns, guardrails, and governance for AI delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/data science or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/data solution or enterprise architecture roles.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise-scale data/analytics/AI solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs with stakeholders.
• Hands-on with data platforms, cloud, APIs, governance, security, and production-grade AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for AI, analytics, and data products.
• Assess technical feasibility, data readiness, and delivery risks with stakeholders.
• Define patterns for ML, NLP, analytics, and decision-support solutions.
• Guide MLOps/LLMOps including model lifecycle, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate across Data Science, AI Eng, Data Eng, Platform, Security, and Legal teams.
• Define data architecture, governance, and access patterns for AI solutions.
• Develop reference architectures and guardrails to industrialise AI delivery.
