Qualifications

• Experience from feed, food or process industries.
• Experience from aquafeed production, pilot plants or R&D environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily pilot production activities.
• Optimize process parameters and support extrusion technology development.
• Lead and support operators in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure safe, stable and efficient execution of trials and production activities.
