Adnami is seeking a data/BI professional to own the Snowflake platform end to end, including data models, dbt, pipelines, and Power BI reports. Based in Copenhagen, you’ll work with the Suite development team and influence cross‑functional decisions.
You will enable self‑service analytics, build AI-assisted reporting apps, and mentor colleagues. Requires 3–5 years in data/BI, strong SQL, data modelling, Python, and MSc in a quantitative field; Snowflake/dbt experience is a plus.
Do you want to play a key role in Adnami’s growth journey? Now is the time, because we are looking for someone to take ownership of the Snowflake platform the business runs its decisions on.
Adnami is a Danish-born fast-paced scale-up within the AdTech industry. We launched in 2019 and today we are a trusted go-to solution for media agencies, publishers, and blue-chip advertisers when they buy digital High Impact Advertising.
We have completed our migration to Snowflake, and this role is about making more of it. You will own the platform end to end: the data models and dbt project that define them, the pipelines that feed them, and the Power BI reports the whole company works from.
You would sit inside our Suite development team and work in their day-to-day rhythm, joining their cycles and their planning instead of taking requests from the outside. Data questions rarely arrive neatly packaged, and being in the room when the work is shaped is most of what makes the answers useful.
There is also new ground. People across the business are starting to build their own AI-assisted reporting apps and look after them themselves. Your job is to make that work: trustworthy data underneath, sensible guardrails, and colleagues who know what they are doing. Done well, the whole company gets faster at answering its own questions, and you spend your time on the problems only you can solve.
It is a broad, visible role with touch points right across the company. You are the person the business comes to with a question it cannot answer yet, and you decide whether the answer is a new model, a new report, or a better pipeline.
This is not a remote role. You would be based in our Copenhagen office, where the team you work with sits.
Own and develop our Snowflake platform: data models, transformations, and the dbt project that defines them.
Build and maintain the pipelines and stored procedures that keep data flowing reliably.
Provide the modelled, trustworthy data layer that reports and self-service apps are both built on.
Enable self-service and keep it honest: help colleagues build their own AI-assisted reporting apps well, set the standards and guardrails, and step in when something needs doing properly.
Work as part of the Suite development team: join their cycles, understand what is being built, and make sure the data side is thought through early.
Partner with Finance and Sales, who rely on us for the numbers they run on. These are among our most important internal relationships.
Take machine learning work from experiment into production.
Work with the business to turn open questions into analyses, then into reports people actually use.
Bring insight back unprompted, not only when you are asked.
3-5 years in a data or BI role. This is not a graduate position.
Strong SQL and solid data modelling fundamentals.
Python for data work.
Comfortable writing and maintaining stored procedures.
Ready to pick up our stack quickly, and curious by nature. You want to know why the numbers look the way they do, not only how to produce them.
Some exposure to machine learning or AI applied to business data.
Able to hold your own with senior stakeholders, including on financial numbers. You can discuss what the data means, not only how it was built.
Able to translate a vague business need into a concrete analysis.
Confident with large datasets.
Happy enabling other people instead of being the sole author. This role involves teaching, setting standards, and making other people’s work possible.
Comfortable working inside a development team. You will be in the day‑to‑day flow with engineers.
An MSc in a quantitative field (computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or similar).
It’s a plus if you have
Worked in Snowflake already.
Dbt, ideally a project you have owned.
Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
Put machine learning models into production, beyond the notebook stage.
Set up data governance or quality standards for self-service BI.
Experience with data API integrations.
Worked with finance or commercial data.
Competitive salary and pension.
Paid phone and internet subscription.
Your birthday off.
Referral programme.
A flexible working environment where results are what matter.
A dynamic workplace.
A lovely office in Copenhagen.
