Job summary

Region Hovedstaden invites applications for a fully funded 3-year data scientist position at DEPICT, the AI and image analysis center in Rigshospitalet. You will assist AI researchers with image analysis, data processing, and data handling, working within a multidisciplinary team at the Centre of Diagnostic Investigations.

The role requires a Master’s in CS/engineering, hands-on deep learning experience, and strong Linux and programming skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning model development.
• Interest in medical imaging and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with DEPICT's tools, libraries, and applications.
• Assist data handling, anonymization and curation.
• Support segmentation-based tasks and related tools.
• Manage AI training architecture and queuing system, including debugging.
