Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Måløv, Denmark is seeking an Advanced Laboratory Technician to take end-to-end ownership of in vivo pharmacology studies in preclinical models. You will work closely with scientists to deliver high-quality experimental outcomes in a collaborative environment.

The role focuses on rodent studies, dosing, sampling, data handling, and ensuring regulatory compliance while advancing diabetes-related research within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Laboratory technician degree or equivalent with strong pharmacology knowledge.
• At least 4 years of experience with in vivo studies, especially rodent experiments.
• Hands-on experience with experimental techniques, data handling and documentation systems.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Structured and quality-focused approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead preclinical studies, testing new compounds in rodent models with high scientific and ethical standards.
• Perform advanced laboratory procedures including dosing, blood sampling, surgical interventions, tissue collection and wet lab analyses.
• Collaborate with scientists to design experiments, optimize workflows and ensure timely milestones.
• Manage experimental data and documentation, including ELN entries and regulatory compliance.
• Support laboratory operations and logistics, maintaining equipment and enabling a safe, collaborative environment.
