Job summary

WaveWorks in Aarhus, Denmark, is looking for a Unity Developer to create and maintain high-quality interactive games and applications. You will implement game functionality, translate design ideas into working features, and collaborate with designers and artists to integrate assets and optimize performance across PC, mobile and consoles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Unity Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in C programming language and knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with the Unity engine and its systems such as physics, UI, animation.

Responsibilities

• Develop code in C and use the Unity engine to create immersive experiences.
• Implement game functionality per design specifications.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure gameplay mechanics align with the vision.
• Integrate art assets and optimize performance across PC, mobile and consoles.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues and stay updated with new technologies.
