Zusammenfassung
A leading tech company in retail is seeking a Workday HCM Implementation Expert to drive the rollout of Workday modules across global teams. The ideal candidate will have strong HR tech experience, particularly with Workday, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. This fixed-term (2 years) position offers a flexible, mobile work environment in Germany, with an emphasis on a mission-driven culture and international exposure.

- Background in IT, Business, or People & Culture - degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in HR tech or projects, ideally with Workday.
- Familiarity with at least one Workday module is essential.
- Comfortable in international setups and cross-functional teams.

- Help roll out Workday modules like Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, IT, Payroll, and external partners.
- Improve processes by identifying smarter solutions.
- Get hands-on with configuration, testing, data migration, and go-lives.
- Create effective training materials and stakeholder updates.
- Own workstreams, contribute ideas, and maintain momentum.

- Own your workstreams, bring ideas, and keep things moving.
What you bring
- A background in IT, Business, or People & Culture – degree or equivalent experience.
- You’ve worked in HR tech or projects before – ideally with Workday.
- You know your way around at least one Workday module.
- You’re comfortable in international setups and cross-functional teams.
- Excel and PowerPoint? No problem.
- You think in systems, act with purpose, and love solving puzzles.
- Up for Occasional travel.
