Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain compliance with ISO quality standards and internal management systems.
- Manage the QA/QC documentation portal, ensuring all information, SOPs, and controlled documents are up to date.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining project and site quality standards through regular compliance audits.
- Prepare and maintain documentation in line with relevant regulatory and industry requirements.
- Ensure client quality plans, policies, and procedures are aligned with company standards and site practices.
- Conduct internal audits on procedures, SOPs, and installed works across project sites.
- Participate in external audits, including preparation for ISO 9001 and other industry-required audits.
- Close out actions arising from internal and external audits, ensuring issues are effectively resolved.
- Maintain and follow up on corrective actions and non-conformances.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of “Right First Time” across all teams.
- Prepare reports on the performance of the Quality Management System and present findings to management.
- Provide ongoing advice to the Quality Manager on QA issues and support monthly KPI reporting.
- Manage and maintain Quality Plans, Manuals, and related quality systems.
- Support the creation, development, and updating of controlled documents, SOPs, and process standards.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification or professional certification in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar QA/QC role ideally working in data centre projects
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- High level of professional ethics, demonstrating trust, commitment, and responsibility.
- Proactive, confident, and solution-oriented approach to addressing quality-related issues.
- Proven ability to produce clear and accurate written reports.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
