For our client we are currently looking for a Workday Reporting Lead (m / f / d) - Remote.

Your tasks

• Architect and deliver end-to-end Workday reporting and integration solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to define integration and reporting needs and translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Map business processes, define data, and select appropriate integration technologies and design patterns.
• Provide expert-level guidance on Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
• Develop and implement best practices for reporting, data mapping, and integration architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration across HR, Finance, and operational systems.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to build internal capabilities and enhance team knowledge in Workday Reporting and Integration.
• Stay current on Workday and industry trends to proactively identify improvements and innovative reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing reporting and integration solutions to ensure high performance and data accuracy.
