Your role and responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the business development team to deliver sustained growth across all segments and regions
  • Translate the companys commercial strategy into actionable market engagement plans
  • Prioritise markets and prospects to align with company capabilities and growth potential
  • Manage the complete business development process from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers and key industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development Operations and Finance to ensure commercial and operational viability of new opportunities
  • Coordinate with segment Vice Presidents for effective integration of new customers
Your profile and qualifications
  • University degree in business engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous
  • More than 10 years relevant work experience including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles within B2B business development preferably in manufacturing packaging or industrial sectors
  • Strong track record in managing complex sales cycles and building high-value pipelines
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
  • Highly collaborative and resilient with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
