ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Value Engineer at Mindfuel, you’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success, supporting clients in realizing measurable outcomes with our SaaS platform Delight. From day one, you’ll be involved in real customer projects — from discovery workshops and value assessments to adoption trials and executive presentations. You’ll help shape how we deliver impact for our clients while building a versatile skill set in consulting, solution engineering, and customer value management - preparing you to become a trusted advisor for our clients. What will be your responsibility
Identify Value & Develop Adoption Strategies
- Support the sales team in preparing demos, business cases, and customer pitches
- Translate customer business challenges and goals into a tangible roadmap that ensures value with our SaaS platform Delight
- Help run trials and execute Proof-of-Value projects with customers to explore problem spaces and proof the value of our SaaS solution
- Assist in workshops to identify product deployment and adoption roadmaps
Drive Adoption & Maximize Value
- Work alongside the Mindfuel Value Acceleration team on customer projects
- Configure Delight to fit customer needs with guidance from senior colleagues
- Set-up automations to integrate Delight into customer IT ecosystems
- Onboard users onto Delight and be their first point of contact for questions
- Contribute to Proof-of-Value projects by framing clear, quantitative business benefits
- Support initiatives that drive process improvements and measurable business impact
Gain Trust & Ensure Continuous Success
- Contribute to customer success plans, including adoption, expansion, and renewal activities
- Build strong working relationships with clients and develop into a trusted partner over time
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with our product and go-to-market teams
- Help prepare management-level presentations and reports for stakeholders
- Create re-usable best practice documentation to strengthen our Value Acceleration team
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Talent for drafting storylines and building slide decks with strong attention to detail
- Structured, self-driven, and motivated - you thrive on ownership and results
- A customer first mentality - you are able to listen, quickly understand customer needs and map them to product value
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence in customer meetings
- Fluent in German and English
