TRAINEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY INTERNATIONAL IN SOLUTIONS DESIGN, CUSTOMER OPERATIONS & ONBOARDING (M/F/X)

The Solutions Design & Customer Operations team is part of Cross-Border-Solutions (CBS) which belongs to the DHL eCommerce division. The department's task is to develop and implement customized parcel delivery solutions for our international eCommerce customers. Our delivery solutions are offered, implemented and supported by a team of experts operating in 8 European countries who are in direct contact with selected customers. Other central functions such as Commercial or Sales Development are as well located at the Head Office in Bonn.

Your tasks

• Support Solutions Design Team in developing customer individual parcel delivery solutions for B2C and B2B customers
• Know product portfolio and product features and support CBS countries
• Support Customer Operations on daily topics and in Performance Dialogues

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Graduation in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Economy, Strategy, Business Development, International Business or similar, finalized before April 1st, 2026
• First professional experiences (up to 3 years) in Logistics/Supply Chain Industry; international experience
• Fluent English and German skills
• Creative team player with high communication skills
• Interest in working in an international surrounding
• Solution-oriented and able to work with PowerBI
