You will translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content and establish documentation standards across the organization. This role is for a Technical Writer who will own the creation and optimization of product and API documentation at Gigs. You’ll translate complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly content such as reference docs and developer guides, often working directly with engineering and product teams. As the first dedicated technical writer, you’ll set standards for documentation quality, consistency, and style across the organization, while also exploring ways to automate and enhance the documentation experience through visuals and structured processes.
