Qualifikationen

  • 0–5 years of end-to-end B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or engineering.
  • Strong background selling advanced technical or technological products.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final deal closure.

Position Overview

Technical Sales Executive – no cold calling

Hybrid role a few days a week in Berlin. Relocation support is available for EU citizens and for candidates with a valid EU work permit. Compensation ranges from 60,000 EUR to 120,000 EUR OTE, with an uncapped sales bonus, equity in the form of RSUs and a salary that can reach six figures with experience.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard quickly with state‑of‑the‑art training covering 3D printing, engineering problem‑solving and tailored sales coaching.
  • Oversee the full end‑to‑end (E2E) sales cycle, from lead inquiry to deal closure, with a strong focus on technical and technological solutions.
  • Identify and engage B2B prospects seeking advanced engineering and technology‑based products, nurturing leads through the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal technical experts and product engineers to understand customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through sophisticated engineering solutions that align with their business needs.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • German fluent (C1 or better) and English required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business‑oriented or STEM field.
  • 0–5 years of end‑to‑end B2B sales experience, preferably within technology or engineering sectors.
  • Strong background selling advanced technical or technological products, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.
