Your mission

• Define market strategies : Develop and implement innovative, customer specific marketing strategies for base station antennas within a dedicated region.
• Engage with stakeholders : Act as a key interface with customers, Huawei account organizations and third-parties to understand current and future needs, creating opportunities for collaboration and joint innovation.
• Generate market analysis insights : Contribute to the strategic solution roadmap, portfolio development, and new product definitions by analyzing market trends and customer demands.
• Promote Huawei solutions : Work closely with Huawei account teams to present solutions, identify new customer needs, and leverage opportunities for business growth, innovation, and added value.
• Drive market breakthroughs : Lead initiatives to expand market presence, unlock new business opportunities, and strengthen Huawei’s competitive edge.
• Foster long‑term partnerships : Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustained collaboration and mutual success, while actively contributing to antenna‑related standardization efforts and shaping the industry’s future direction.

Your areas of expertise

• Bachelor or higher degree in engineering, preferably including RF / electromagnetics.
• Preferably antenna related sales, marketing, product management or engineering, ideally with good established relationships with mobile network operators.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with mobile network operators, industry partners, and internal teams.
• Able to manage international projects, and to coordinate activities with key stakeholders on a global level.
• A results‑driven, proactive approach with a passion for identifying innovative solutions and methods, driving business growth.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ready to do frequent international travelling (up to 1 / 3 of the time).
• Must be able to work onsite in Munich office when not on business travel.
