Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition oder vergleichbar.
  • Erfahrung in der Einrichtung und dem Betrieb eines ISMS auf Basis von ITIL v4.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im öffentlichen Beschaffungs- und Haushaltsrecht.

The district committee of the Hochtaunuskreis is looking for the next possible date for a

Team Leader IT School Digital (m/f/d)

full‑time for the department 40.00 - School and Support.

The Hochtaunus district has been investing in the digital equipment of its schools for years - from network technology and end devices to modern presentation systems. With the Digital Pact and its follow‑up programs, this expansion is being systematically continued. We are looking for a committed and technically skilled person to join our team for central coordination, strategic development and technical support.

The position is permanent. The position is classified in pay group 13 TVöD, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The annual gross salary is between approx. 58,000 € and 83,100 €.

Area of responsibility includes the following areas in particular:
  • Technical and organizational management of the technical IT team in the school sector
  • Conception, further development and coordination of school IT equipment from a pedagogical and technical perspective
  • Development of a structured reporting system for the department management
  • Active participation in school steering and advisory committees, in particular as part of the DigitalPakt 2.0 and future programs
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of IT procurements for schools
  • Determination of requirements, planning and control of financial resourcesPreparation and monitoring of funding applications
  • Coordination of technology‑related construction measures with internal and external parties
  • Setting up and developing an efficient support system for schools in the district
What You Should Bring With You
  • A degree in business informatics, computer science, administrative informatics or a comparable IT‑related field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in a managerial or comparable role
  • Very good knowledge of data protection (GDPR) and IT security standards according to BSI/ISO 27001
  • Experience in setting up and operating an ISMS based on ITIL v4
  • Broad expertise in IT infrastructures, network architectures and system operation
  • Knowledge of project and process management
  • Ideally experience in public procurement and budget law
  • Structured, conceptual mindset with a high level of personal responsibility
  • Strong communication and written expression skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, organizational skills and service‑oriented approach
  • Class B driving license and willingness to use your own car for business trips
