TEAM LEADER / LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR – 12-Month Contract

Pay: €19/h (≈ €39,600 annually)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily tasks within the team
• Training and motivating employees
• Supervising task completion
• Cooperating with supervisors and shift leaders
• Monitoring health and safety regulations
• Supporting process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Vocational training or long-term logistics experience
• Several years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of WMS
• Good English; German A2
• Strong social skills, reliability, team spirit
• Willingness to work shifts
• Independent and structured work style
