Your tasks:
  • Preparation of correspondence and documents
  • Support in the preparation, execution and controlling of various tasks and projects in organisational and administrative matters
  • Support in the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Preparing, attending and following up on meetings, including taking minutes
  • Coordinating appointments, processing emails and document management
  • Travel planning and invoicing
  • Organising service providers, meetings and training courses
  • Support with projects and internal organisational processes
You bring with you:
  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
  • Experience as a commercial clerk or secretary is desirable
  • Organisational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
  • Very good user knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
