Responsibilities
  • Lead internal recruitment and selection activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality hires
  • Drive workforce planning processes, balancing business needs and workforce budgets
  • Manage end-to-end apprentice and talent program recruitment and deployment
  • Support internal transfers and promotions, safeguarding a positive candidate journey
  • Leverage data and recruitment tools to improve processes and deliver insights
  • Partner with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR designation preferred)
  • 15+ years’ experience in Human Capital / Talent Acquisition
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Expertise in workforce planning, recruitment processes, and HR data analysis
  • Experience in driving nationalization or localization programs is a plus
