The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’re responsible for delivering beautiful experiences to Celonis Process Platform users. You will be at the frontier of full stack development, pushing the boundaries of product, UX, and engineering to quickly grow our platform with easy‑to‑use experiences.

Users need help categorizing and simplifying their data in order to explore and identify insights to optimize their unique business processes. We are building the next generation of process insights with object‑centric process mining to help them save time and money.

The work you’ll do

• Define, articulate and drive the execution of the technical vision and strategy for the entire product area, securing necessary buy‑in from stakeholders
• Remains hands‑on, leading the development of complex, critical‑path components
• Driving application performance improvement for big data
• Play an active role in product discussions to shape roadmaps, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with business goals
• Set an example for technical excellence through rigorous design reviews, setting high coding standards, and taking action to improve developer experience
• Mentor and grow teammates while helping to define a fun and inclusive engineering culture

The product you’ll work on

• You’ll help build the next generation of process mining, a high‑visibility product area with direct attention from executive leadership
• Has features that make it easier to model customers processes in ways that match business reality
• Enable automatic insights by using Celonis’s process catalog to automatically tag customer data
• Allow the user to add semantic meaning to their business graph which they can then query in milliseconds
• Partner with our AI/ML teams to suggest modeling steps that save users time modeling their complex source data
• Build towards enabling all‑of‑business process insights

The qualifications you’ll typically need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of product development experience with strong track record of technical leadership
• Deep experience in architecting complex, distributed systems with large‑scale data performance challenges.
• Proven success in consistently delivering high‑quality output and elevating the performance and quality standards of the broader team.
• Ability to take vague product requirements and turn them into concrete, executable technical roadmaps.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to gather alignment among diverse stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
• Preferred experience:
