Responsibilities
  • Administration: You handle a variety of administrative HR tasks throughout the entire employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Documentation: You prepare and maintain personnel files and documents such as contracts, confirmations, and reference letters.
  • Training: You coordinate training sessions and take care of collecting feedback.
  • System Maintenance & Reporting: You update and maintain data in SAP and Workday, and prepare regular HR reports.
  • Communication: You gather information from managers and employees to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Employee Services: You support a range of HR services such as JobRad, Deutschlandticket and other employee benefits.
Qualifications
  • Qualifications: You have successfully completed a commercial training or hold a degree or further education in HR or a related field.
  • Professional Approach: You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and reliable manner.
  • Communication Skills: You enjoy actively engaging with employees and managers in a friendly, service- and solution-oriented conduct.
  • Tech Savvy: You confidently work with MS Office; experience with SAP and Workday is an advantage, but not required — we are pleased to train you.
  • Team Spirit: You value open communication, clear structures, and dependable collaboration.
  • Language Skills: You are business fluent in German (at least C1 level) and have a good command of the language; you also possess solid English skills.
