We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join our client’s Power Platform team and drive digital transformation. This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and more. What You’ll Do

• Solution Design & Implementation: Capture requirements and design modern solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (focus: governance, ALM, security, interfaces, adoption, and AI).
• Consulting & Advisory: Advise well-known clients on implementing and using Power Platform tools, helping them optimize their processes.
• Streamlead Management: Take the lead on complex, cross-technology projects, ensuring seamless execution and integration.
• Mentorship & Development: Mentor junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth and helping them enhance their technical expertise.
• Training & Workshops: Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients, guiding them through effective adoption and utilization of Power Platform.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead in Microsoft technologies, particularly Power Platform and Copilot technologies, through ongoing professional development.
• Presales Support: Assist in presales activities, helping shape solutions for prospective clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Solid functional and technical knowledge of the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud ecosystem, with hands‑on experience using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Azure, and M365, as well as experience with new technologies like Copilot Studio Agents and Plan Designer.
• Passion for Innovation: A strong passion for innovative cloud services and a willingness to explore new technologies.
• Collaboration: Enjoy working in a large, collegial team and sharing knowledge.
• Language Skills: Very good German and strong English skills (written and spoken). 🇩🇪🇬🇧
