We design, manufacture, and continuously develop advanced high‑voltage systems in our factories. Our portfolio includes AIS (Air‑Insulated Switchgear), GIS (Gas‑Insulated Switchgear), and GCB (Generator Circuit Breakers) – key technologies that ensure safe and reliable power transmission in energy networks. In this role, you will work hands‑on with these technologies, receive comprehensive training and certifications, and become an absolute expert in them within our organization.

How you’ll make an impact
  • You will be trained as our site manager and are responsible for maintenance and repairs
  • You represent us as the most important contact person on the construction site
  • You provide our customers and colleagues with advice and support and coordinate internal and external partners
  • You get to know our products and carry out briefings during acceptance inspections

Your background
  • Completed technical education or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Ideally, practical experience in installation, commissioning, or service
  • Willingness to travel for assignments from your German home base
  • Valid driving licence
  • German language skills (B2) or commitment to achieve B2 before start (language course funded by us)
  • Residence in Germany required (we support relocation and family integration)
  • For freelancers: valid work permit and ability to invoice in Germany
