Jobbeschreibung

Location: London or NYC

At Chapter 2, we’re not just embedding talent teams; we’re building the future of talent acquisition. Our model integrates embedded recruiting, an employer brand agency, and our proprietary AI SaaS talent platform, The Book. We are redefining how companies access, evaluate, and engage high-performing talent. As an embedded Senior Talent Partner you will work from first principles to craft talent strategies, design hiring processes, and hire world class talent for our US venture and growth clients. Chapter 2 transforms our client’s recruiting motions into decisive competitive advantage.

The Role

We are partnering with a unicorn-backed fintech equalizing access to capital for immigrants globally. Operating across 29+ countries with billions in monthly transaction volume, they are scaling rapidly while maintaining mission integrity. As their embedded talent solution, we will scale across Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Growth functions.

You Will
  • Lead recruiting across critical functions, including payments engineers, compliance specialists, FP&A, and country operators across global locations.
  • Shape talent strategy to attract top-performing fintech talent, increasing talent density at pace while maintaining values alignment.
  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns in both traditional fintech hubs and emerging markets.
  • Refine search to ensure deep penetration of specialized talent pools: regulatory expertise, diaspora networks, and emerging market talent.
  • Analyze data and derive insights to optimize the hiring funnel across geographies.
  • Drive high-velocity execution of recruitment work-streams with accountability for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
  • Engage, influence, and collaborate with functional leaders to increase talent density while reducing time-to-hire.
  • Optimize process to create exceptional candidate experience.
You Bring
  • Passion for scaling high-performing teams tackling inequality and financial inclusion.
  • High agency. You navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, remove blocks.
  • High resilience. You understand hiring is probabilistic. How you respond to setbacks matters more than any single failure.
  • You have grit. You think deeply and reflect on problems before proposing solutions, but then execute rapidly.
  • You think slow, act fast. You know that speed wins and mission alignment drives you. You thrive in impact-driven cultures.
  • Exposure to at least one startup/scale-up environment (Series A–D ideally)
  • Proven ability to recruit and close A+ level talent
  • Bonus if you have experience recruiting for payments, compliance, and fintech in venture and growth-stage companies.
