Job Description

• You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and establish excellent relationships with our customers.
• You have a strong overview of the Corporate & MICE segments and actively secure new deals.
• You develop creative sales strategies to increase business volume, constantly monitor the market, and recognize new opportunities early.
• You independently coordinate your daily routine and adhere to agreements despite a busy schedule and email influx.
• You organize house tours, FamTrips, customer events, and regular call campaigns, with personal follow-ups being important to you.
• You manage multiple customer calls simultaneously, maintaining composure and efficiency.
• You work closely with our international sales team and the Head of Sales to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• You have professional experience in a similar sales role and speak good German and English.
• You can inspire others with our concept and are a passionate salesperson.
• You are proactive and honest about your mistakes.
• You bring not only skills but also character to the team.
