Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the German retail sector
  • Identify, engage, and secure new B2B partnerships with major retail chains and independent retailers

  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close high-value sales deals
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant sales processes, policies, and quality standards
Hauptaufgaben

  • Retail Knowledge: Strong understanding of the German retail landscape and purchasing processes
  • Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
  • Sales Forecasting: Experienced in accurate forecasting and building pipelines
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships at senior levels
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools
  • Mobility: Valid driving licence
  • Work Arrangement: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with occasional travel as required
