We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for our Global Head Office in Bonn.

In this role, you bring creativity, data affinity and hands‑on execution together to elevate our brand, accelerate growth, and enable measurable commercial impact. By partnering with our global Sales counterparts, you will lead initiatives that reach across regions, audiences and channels - always with a “doer’s mindset” and the ambition to raise the bar.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Lead global marketing initiatives from strategy to execution, aligned with business goals, market trends and corporate guidelines.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth, strengthen positioning and support product and service launches across multiple markets.
  • Own the lead management process with Sales - from targeted lead generation to qualification, scoring and seamless handover - ensuring transparency, fast follow-up and ongoing funnel optimization.
  • Plan, run and evaluate multi-channel marketing programs, including brand communication, digital marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, and event activities.
  • Drive content creation and creative development, ensuring a compelling and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage global conferences, fairs, and internal/external events, coordinating agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Localize and activate campaigns together with regional teams, providing clear guidance, tools and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, sales briefings, and digital assets.
  • Monitor market developments and customer insights to identify new opportunities, trends and differentiators.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance data to optimize conversion, improve processes and increase marketing ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments, external agencies, global colleagues and senior stakeholders.
Our perfect match:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
  • Agency experience
  • Senior-level marketing experience (5-7+ years) in an international B2B environment, ideally in logistics, transportation or a related industry
  • A creative allrounder with a strong conceptual mindset, excellent execution skills and a passion for compelling storytelling.
  • Data-driven thinker with experience managing funnels, performance KPIs and continuous optimization
  • Hands‑on attitude with an entrepreneurial “get-it-done” mindset and strong project management skills.
  • Experience with email automation tools, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills across seniority levels and cultures.
