An innovative mobility tech company in Hamburg is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Supply Planning team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and optimizing services that ensure the efficiency of operations, manage fleets, and support critical systems. Ideal candidates have proficiency in Kotlin and/or Typescript, experience with AWS services, and a passion for technological advancements in autonomous mobility. This position offers a hybrid work setup, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Hamburg, Germany
The Supply Planning team ensures that MOIA’s vehicles are always in the right place, at the right time, and in the right condition, whether operated by drivers or, soon, autonomously.
Our mission is to provide intelligent, automated tooling that powers the backbone of our operations: from planning shifts and validating schedules, to optimizing charging, service intervals, and vehicle availability.
We build systems that keep people and vehicles moving efficiently, reliably, and sustainably, while supporting planners, drivers, and service staff to perform at their best. As a small, stream‑aligned team of engineers and domain experts, we strive for engineering excellence: high testability, clean architecture, and measurable performance. We love to learn, share knowledge, and adopt best practices that make a real impact on how mobility works at scale.
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds—even if you don’t meet every requirement. If you are excited about the role and MOIA’s mission, we’d love to hear from you!
For student & internship positions, we have an adjusted set of benefits. You can find them here.
We are a member of Charta der Vielfalt and are dedicated to actively fostering a workplace that celebrates and promotes diversity in various aspects such as age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or cognitive ability and ethnicity. At MOIA, we embrace a culture where people are accepted, respected, valued, appreciated, and included.
In our commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity, we regularly provide unconscious bias training to all our employees. Furthermore, we continuously strive to enhance our hiring process by ensuring a diverse hiring panel.
Since we love to collaborate, it is clear to us that we don’t want to become a fully remote company, but we also don’t need to spend every day of the week in the office to do a great job.
Our current hybrid work approach focuses on adapting to different needs, including increased flexibility that works best for the teams and the individuals with as much self‑determination as possible.
