Your Qualifications

The Team and Role

As a (Senior) Finance Manager (all genders), you will play a key role in building and shaping our finance function together with our Head of Finance. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the company and external partners, gaining broad exposure to all relevant financial processes – from day-to-day operations to strategic projects. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys getting involved in operational tasks, and thinks proactively about improving workflows and building efficient processes. You have a structured working style, strong analytical skills, and a high standard of quality – along with the motivation to make a real impact in a dynamic environment and help shape the future of healthcare.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure the structure, consistency and reliability of financial data to drive sound business decisions
  • Prepare reports and financial analyses for management and investors
  • Actively contribute to budgeting, controlling and forecasting processes in collaboration with other teams
  • Support with day-to-day accounting and prepare documentation for our external tax advisors and audits
  • Further develop our internal finance processes - including ownership of efficient expense workflows and the introduction of new finance systems
