What you'll do

Technical Expertise

  • Build customer trust through deep technical knowledge of the Retarus Transactional E-Mail solution and present its advantages tailored to business needs.

Solution Sales

  • Analyze customer needs and develop customized software solutions to address their challenges.

Product Demonstrations & Technical Support

  • Deliver professional product demos to showcase features and benefits.
  • Provide training and technical support during pre-sales to ensure successful project launches.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team for improvements.

Development of Sales Strategies

  • Develop and refine sales strategies based on technical insights and market analysis.

Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with technical contacts within customer organizations.

What you'll need

  • At least 10 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or business development in B2B software or cloud environments, preferably with ISVs.
  • Deep understanding of the ISV ecosystem, SaaS, cloud technologies, and API-driven communication solutions.
  • Expertise in email infrastructure, cloud architecture, and integration processes.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles, negotiating with decision-makers, and closing long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to develop data-driven sales strategies and use analytical tools.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills at C-level, with international market experience.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
