Qualifikationen

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Development Engineer (m/f/diverse) for BMW OE Development.

In this role your main tasks are:

  • OEM specific coordination of internal know-how and resources to meet customer expectations
  • Develop customer or vehicle specific systematics and design concepts to achieve assigned target approvals
  • Coordination of internal resources to meet customer expectations
  • Coordination of ETO building, testing and delivery to customers in time
  • Adhere to generic development process VP01
  • Permanent alignment of the obtained test results with the requirements (product requirement specifications) of the customer
  • Introduction of the approved specification into production and maintenance of serial specification during article lifetime
  • Participate in selected line and technology projects, participate and lead target approval projects
Qualifications
  • Academic degree in engineering, automotive engineering, natural sciences or similar disciplines
  • Several years experience in tire development
  • Project leading experience
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills are beneficial
  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Willingness to act and to take over responsibility
