Responsibilities
- Create and maintain dashboards and related KPIs, work with data engineers on data quality observability and incident monitoring to ensure our reporting infrastructure is as reliable as our engineering infrastructure.
- Work with stakeholders to not only understand the processes that generate data but serve as a sparring partner to design them with data analytics in mind.
- Manage the lifecycle of all data products in our visualization tool Metabase, including decommissioning unused dashboards, aiming for less than 5% unused dashboards weekly.
- Provide your working groups with the necessary insights and proactively drive processes to rely on data.
- Ensure the Metabase and Hubspot structure is organized and easy to navigate.
- Take responsibility for the correctness of data, regardless of the origin of any issues.
- Be a key resource for team members to improve their ability to read and interpret data effectively.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, maintaining dashboards and KPIs (5+ years of experience).
- Advanced proficiency in managing data products in Metabase or similar platforms.
- Experience with Product Analytic tools like Amplitude and event‑based reportings is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, including cleaning up and decommissioning unused assets.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support crew leads and team members in understanding and using data.
- Ability to combine technical data expertise with domain‑specific knowledge.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required).
