The Role: Senior Manager Consulting AI

As a Senior Manager at Kibo AI, you’ll be the backbone of high-impact delivery, managing intelligent automation programs and shaping the future of how our clients work. You’ll partner closely with our leadership to scale accounts, elevate delivery quality, and expand our Automation and AI Services portfolio.

Your Impact

1. Lead multi-disciplinary teams (developers, consultants, architects) through complex automation and AI solution delivery.
2. Act as the primary client interface — owning relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and uncovering new opportunities.
3. Co-develop solution architecture and delivery roadmaps, blending automation & AI.
4. Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks, governance, and execution playbooks.
5. Sell our solutions to our customer base across key verticals like insurance, financial services, and manufacturing.
6. Stay ahead of the curve by embedding emerging AI capabilities (e.g., Agentic AI, RAG, ML) into client solutions.

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify pain points, opportunities, and use case potential.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of consulting experience required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience delivering AI solutions / conceptual frameworks (preferred).
• Fluency in German and English (must have).
• Experience in sectors like telecom, retail, banking, insurance, or travel (preferred).
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling skills.
• Passion for AI, innovation, and creating tangible business impact.
