Senior Tech Consultant Billing & Accounting (m / f / d)

As a (Senior) Tech Consultant Billing & Accounting (m / f / d), you will advise our clients on complex billing and accounting matters, ensuring scalability and optimizing financial processes. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, implement best practices to enhance their financial performance, and develop tailored, reusable solutions for larger clients.

Your Responsibilities :

1. Solution Design : Guide clients and partners in integrating our product into their existing system landscapes, ensuring seamless communication with developers, product owners, project managers, and accountants.
2. Provide tailored advice on API usage and optimal configurations, such as tariff models and dunning processes, to meet client needs.
3. Understand the specific needs of new and existing clients, advising them on how to best utilize our product to achieve their business goals.
4. Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during complex pitches and articulating the value proposition of our product to secure new business opportunities.
5. Gather and document client requirements, working closely with product managers to translate these into actionable product enhancements.

Your Qualifications :

1. At least 5 years of experience in technical/product consulting, process management, project/product management, or similar, with a strong focus on subscription billing and accounting.
2. Ability to explain APIs to developers and simplify complex system contexts for business stakeholders, such as BPMN flows.
3. Familiarity with the mobility or EV charging sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
4. Fluent in English (C1+ level); proficiency in German is a significant plus.
