We are looking for a German based Senior Account Executive (all genders) who will play a pivotal role in leading our growth across EMEA Region. In this senior sales management role, you will focus on acquiring new corporate clients in Germany and EMEA market from air, rail and cruise industries, positioning HRS Crew and Workforce Solutions at the forefront of their travel needs. You will be responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline, this includes identifying and targeting new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, consulting potential customers on our products and solutions, and executing key sales initiatives aligned with our go‑to‑market strategy. The position is reporting directly to the CEO of Workforce‑as‑a‑Service unit.
Successfully completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
Several years of experience in consultative sales or account management within the B2B SaaS, Professional Services, or Start‑up environment, ideally with global customers; Air and Rail industry knowledge is a strong plus.
Proven success in developing and managing client relationships and delivering tailored, client‑focused solutions to meet business and industry‑specific needs.
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, including executive and C‑level, with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Advanced analytical skills and business acumen, able to interpret complex data, extract insights, and leverage CRM systems to drive effective account management and growth.
Thrive in dynamic, high‑performance environments, demonstrating proactivity, assertiveness, and a forward‑thinking approach to both customer and internal collaboration.
Strategic mindset with solid negotiation and problem‑solving skills, coupled with creativity and a continuous improvement attitude.

Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
This role is based in Germany. Location near to one of the HRS core offices in Germany (Cologne or Berlin) is preferred.
