A technology consulting firm is looking for an SAP TM Consultant for a remote position based in the EU. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of SAP TM, conduct requirements workshops, and support master data setup. Key responsibilities :

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP TM, including transportation planning, freight unit / freight order management, tendering, carrier collaboration and execution tracking
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops, map business processes, and translate them into clear functional specifications
• Support master data setup (locations, resources, business partners, products) relevant to TM processes
• Coordinate and execute SIT / UAT cycles, including test preparation, issue resolution and documentation
• Prepare and deliver end-user training, process documentation and configuration guides
• Assist with go-live planning, cutover activities and post-go-live stabilisation
• Collaborate closely with integration teams for touchpoints with SD, MM, EWM, GTS, and middleware
• Advise clients on best practices in transportation processes and SAP TM capabilities

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant (TM 9.x or S / 4HANA Embedded TM).
• Strong functional knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and freight document management
• Practical experience configuring key TM components such as resource planning, carrier selection, charge calculation, and event tracking
• Solid familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes, including shipping, inbound / outbound flows, and carrier interactions
• Proven ability to work in consulting environments with strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to produce clear functional documentation and work collaboratively with technical teams
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is a Must have
