The SAP Business Analyst, in close collaboration with the assigned Manager, is responsible for ensuring the delivery of S/4 HANA Support Services by Business Analysts within their area of responsibility.

Scope of your role

1. Understand business requirements and analyze relevant processes in your area.
2. Identify opportunities to simplify applications, reduce organizational complexity, and improve productivity.
3. Collaborate with Process Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to understand application needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements aligned with SAP standards and best practices.
4. Configure systems as agreed with stakeholders.
5. Participate in feasibility studies (change requests) for system enhancements.
6. Prepare specifications for development and technical implementation (reports, forms, interfaces, integrations).
7. Coordinate/support technical implementation with SAP Competency Center, Project Teams, and IT Project Management Office.
8. Monitor system activities, interfaces, and batch jobs to ensure proper system usage.
9. Document functionality, create manuals, and develop training materials.
10. Organize and conduct user training sessions with key users and process engineers.
11. Assist business representatives with change management tasks.
12. Provide application support following Service Desk processes and using the ticketing system.
13. Test SAP configurations to verify they meet specified needs.
14. Sign off on releases into quality and production alongside business, process engineers, and technical teams.
