Sales Product Specialist for Rheology and Thermal Analysis Instruments (100%) – Central Switzerland Region (m/f)

Anton Paar develops, produces, and distributes highly precise laboratory instruments and process measurement systems, as well as customized automation and robotics solutions.

To strengthen our team, Anton Paar Switzerland AG, the Swiss sales subsidiary of Anton Paar, based in Baden (AG), is looking for a motivated and committed employee to join us.

Responsibilities:

Support existing customers and acquire new customers within the assigned region

Present Anton Paar’s product portfolio to customers and in our internal showroom

Provide application-oriented consulting and develop solutions in collaboration with customers and our application specialists/engineers at headquarters

Independently conduct commercial negotiations

Document all activities in the CRM system

Develop and implement strategic sales measures and campaigns to increase revenue

Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and seminars

Your profile:

Completed technical education (university or university of applied sciences) combined with strong commercial acumen

Knowledge in material characterization and experience in various industries (e.g., food & beverage, chemical, and/or pharmaceutical) is an advantage

Several years of sales experience desired; excellent interpersonal skills

Professional demeanor and confident presentation skills

High willingness to travel (customer visits 3–4 days per week)

Strong negotiation skills and pronounced sales orientation

Entrepreneurial mindset, independent working style, and high level of commitment

Residence in Central Switzerland

Business-fluent German and very good English skills
