Your key responsibilities include :

• Manage and support with administrative tasks guest comment responses and maintaining the customer database
• Assist with marketing activities such as hotel tours telemarketing mailings Fam Trips photo shoots and Sales Blitzes
• Coordinate appointments and prepare Sales & Marketing meetings
• Support the marketing team with copywriting marketing materials and communication with Marriotts Digital Field Marketing
• Manage the Property Information System and ensure accuracy and up-to-date hotel information
• Collaborate with the Events department and independently handle internal meeting and training requests in Opera Sales & Catering
