We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join Yoshi en and help us expand our presence in the healthcare space.
In this role, you’ll work closely with doctors, therapists, and other health professionals to grow our network and drive the success of our premium tea products.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and strengthen partnerships.
Identify and grow new business opportunities and customer relationships.
Build and maintain partnerships with doctors and health professionals.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align goals.
Analyze performance and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Category Management, or a related field.
A strong commercial mindset and proven success in achieving sales goals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, hands‑on attitude and the ability to create structure in a growing environment.
Fluency in German and English.
Big plus: Knowledge or genuine interest in teas, herbal products, or natural wellness.
