Join Semco Maritime’s Renewables Division to help shape the future of offshore wind service in Germany. We’re seeking a senior-level Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle—from lead to contract handover—building long-term customer relationships and crafting winning, high-quality bids. Full-time, start as soon as possible.

Your position

In your new position as Sales Manager in our Renewables Division, you’ll be a key member of a dedicated team focused on delivering tailored service concepts for offshore wind assets. You’ll drive strategy, proposals, and negotiations—working closely with customers, partners, and internal experts—to win complex service contracts and grow our footprint in Germany and beyond. Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing proposal and tender processes from lead generation through contract closure and smooth handover to delivery.
  • Acting as primary point of contact for customers; coordinating with internal/external stakeholders during negotiations and at trade fairs.
  • Translating customer needs into tailored sales strategies and service concepts; identifying cross-functional and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensuring high-quality bid preparation and documentation; driving continuous improvement of sales tools and processes.
  • Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities.
Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for a proactive, collaborative salesperson with strong communication and negotiation skills—someone who enjoys solving challenges together with the team.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar (or comparable qualification); commercial/legal acumen is a plus.
