Job description
Tasks
  • DACH-Funnel: You answer, qualify and follow up incoming inquiries from the DACH region via telephone, email and chat
  • Consultative Sales: You conduct in-depth product discussions, recommend suitable sauna or cold therapy solutions and explain functions, prices, delivery and installation processes
  • Offer and closing strength: You create convincing offers, deal with objections in a solution-oriented manner and successfully conclude sales discussions – in the spirit of customers and your goals
  • CRM & Structure: You carefully maintain customer data in the CRM system and always keep an eye on your pipeline
  • Seamless customer journey: You coordinate product demos, maintain partner relationships and ensure a smooth handover to Operations and Customer Care
Requirements
  • Language skills: German at native speaker level and good English skills (at least B2+) for internal coordination
  • Sales experience: Proven success in the advisory sales of premium or lifestyle products
  • Core competencies: Excellent communication and relationship building skills, a customer-centric mindset and strong objection handling skills
  • Working style: Organized, proactive, resilient and willing to work flexibly and remotely across time zones, with occasional weekend cover on a rotating basis
