Job Description:

Join our team as we expand our operations in Germany. We are seeking a dynamic Workspace Sales and Business Lead based in the Frankfurt area to drive our growth and shape innovative commercial workplace solutions. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to lead a local team and directly contribute to our business development efforts in the German market.

Day-to-day of the role:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on workspace fitting, design, and moving experiences.
  • Lead a team of 10 local members, setting clear objectives and ensuring they align with company goals.
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans where needed.
  • Report directly to the Head of Workspaces based in Milan, Italy.
Direct Sales Execution:
  • Manage key sales activities within the German territory, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Achieve individual sales targets with deal sizes around 1 million USD.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the use of CRM Dynamics to track performance and sales pipeline.
  • Ensure effective forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the sales function.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Market & Client Development:
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies.
  • Support diversification and innovation initiatives to expand the client base.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and pricing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in workspaces, fitting, design, and moving services.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability.
  • Proficiency in CRM Dynamics and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Previous experience developing a new client base and managing stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
