As a Resource Manager, you will provide mission‑critical support to EUCOM, driving effective program evaluation, workforce alignment, and organizational improvement initiatives.

You’ll analyze and assess manpower trends, integrate EUCOM and DIA policies, and streamline manning processes to enhance mission performance. Your expertise in program management, human resource management, and quantitative analysis will enable leadership to make informed, data‑driven decisions. You’ll also oversee personnel management systems, ensuring timely and coordinated communication across the staff to keep manning actions on track.

This is an opportunity to really dig in and use your analytical skills and knowledge of manpower systems to make a real impact. You'll be helping a key Combatant Command (CCMD) work even better by optimizing processes, strengthening how they're governed, and boosting their overall readiness.

You Have

Nice If You Have
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, particularly at the CCMD level
  • Experience aligning CCMD or DIA workflows with mission objectives
  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis and applying data‑driven insights to program evaluation
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
