A leading solar technology company is seeking an Installer Relationship Manager to establish and maintain relationships with PV installers in Hamburg. Responsibilities include conducting visits, providing advice on solar solutions, organizing training, and collecting market insights. The ideal candidate has sales experience, is fluent in German, and can travel within the northern region. The role offers benefits such as 30 days of vacation and flexible working hours.
Installer Relationship Management – Establish and maintain long-term relationships with assigned PV installers in your region.
Installer Visits – Conduct face-to-face visits with different installers.
Consulting & Support – Provide advice on all matters related to Huawei’s solar solutions, products, services, and business opportunities.
Training & Events – Organize and deliver training sessions and local events to educate installers on Huawei’s offerings and updates.
Communication & Information Transfer – Distribute key information (promotions, product launches, programs) via email to all assigned installers.
Partner Program Management – Introduce and promote Huawei’s partner programs, assist with registrations, and explain benefits.
Market Intelligence – Collect insights from the field including competitor activity, market trends, and installer feedback.
Reporting & Documentation – Submit weekly and monthly reports using Huawei-provided templates, including visit overviews, feedback, and installer data. Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
Winback & Breakthrough Targeting – Identify and reactivate dormant installers or acquire new installers who haven’t worked with Huawei in the last 12 months.
