Project Manager Video Shooting

For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager Video Shooting.

Overview
  • Short description of the project: Production of client’s Sell‑In Videos (SS27in Q1 Feb- May, FW27 July‑Oct) that are used through different platforms and channels.
  • The purpose of the project is that the client creates best‑in‑class Sell‑In videos of most important seasonal category concepts/products for the seasonal Sell‑In across Europe to increase sales volumes.
Tasks
  • Creation and submission of approx. 20 Sell‑In videos per season to EU Clusters & Click Team.
  • Professional consultancy on video shootings upfront via MS Teams enabling client to manage the Sell‑In video shooting smoothly. Number of meetings dependent on final video number.
  • Expert consultation on how to bridge communication and collaboration gaps between Business Units, EU MOPS teams and service partners (agencies). Execution of weekly project related meetings as well as gathering feedback from the teams via mail / MS Teams (contact shared upfront).
  • Submission of needs & briefing files (ppt templates, script templates) of previously used documents provided by client based on the contractor’s own experience and market best practices.
  • Independent update of detailed project plans (MS PowerPoint), shared via mail / MS Teams to client based on contractors’ expertise.
  • Creation and management of budget plans (MS Excel) incl. financial overview. Management includes highlighting of budget constraints to client via mail / MS Teams. Creation based on contractors’ expertise.
  • Independent preparation of production schedule (Excel) for involved Business Units and pre‑defined production dates (Outlook invites to all stakeholders) based on provided data by client upfront.
  • Consultancy on timely delivery of all video related documents (briefings, existing videos/images, scripts) to enable client to react immediately and remind the stakeholders.
  • Creation of production flow in collaboration with external service partners (agencies) and execution of onsite video shooting based on intensive related skills to consult a smooth production flow and content quality.
  • Sample review & check via provided sample report during production days. Provision of information to client about discrepancies in order to be able to react and find a solution.
  • Provision of professional consultancy about Stylists and Film crew briefings to achieve a smooth and timely production process for the client.
Performance Goals
  • Fulfillment of all above mentioned tasks as described on time and in full.

  • March / August: Concept refinement & planning
  • April / September: Content collection, production & review
  • May / October: Final approvals, handover & debrief

Location: 20% onsite (Herzogenaurach), 80% remote
